In the event that you receive the wrong part, please contact DevSport to obtain a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Replacement product(s) will only be shipped once the incorrect product has been received and confirmed by DevSport. If product has been installed or modify in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to exchange the incorrect part.

All sales are final as these are custom made products. In certain circumstances the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return products must be in NEW/UNOPENED condition. The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting an exchange. Upon approval by DevSport, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund will be for product price only, shipping fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee will occur if the items are returned in NEW/UNOPENED condition.

Upon inspection, Items found to be used, installed, opened, and/or with missing original hardware or components will be rejected or occur up to a 50% restocking fee depending on overall condition of the items and/or missing components. If rejected, the items will be shipped back to the customer at there expense. We will contact you prior to any refund being issued if the parts fall under these circumstances.

Any refused shipment sent back to DevSport does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements to receive shipments. DevSport will charge the customer all shipping fees associated with returned/refused shipments and up to a 15% restocking fee on all products that were shipped back to DevSport.

Requesting a RMA
To open a return/exchange ticket and receive a RMA number, log into your account and select the order you're referring to. Once your ticket has been reviewed and approved, further instructions will be emailed to you.
